While working at a family owned Supper Club in Wisconsin for about 2 years I have thought about starting a blog about Server life many times. Some stories are just too unbelievable and random to not share. My fate was sealed last Friday. These stories must be shared with the world and not just with my fellow workers as we get hammered and decompress at the end of the night.
This blog is not meant to be beautifully written with perfect punctuation and such. Yes, I'm a Server but I'm also a Paralegal so while I could fancy it up, that's not the purpose here. This is more of a personal diary that you are welcome to love or hate. I don't care either way but maybe you will get a laugh some where along the way.
